Stipulations:
1) To reserve your date a deposit of $100.00 is required. This amount is completely refundable, if we are unable to confirm your reservation. A representative will contact you within 24 hours M-F between the hours of 9am to 5pm EST to confirm your date.
2) Upon confirmation your first payment of 30% is due. The next payment of 50% is due one month before the wedding date. A final payment of 20% minus reservation fee before the day of your wedding.
3) Because it is difficult to regain losses incurred by a cancelled reservation, payments are non refundable. Any changes made must be agreed on in writing by both parties.
4) Money may be refunded in the event that Weddings ago terminate this agreement because of inability to perform mutually agreed upon assignment, due to scheduling conflicts.
5) Payment may be made with a major Credit Card, Cashier Check or Money Order.
6) Although there are no restrictions on how you may utilize your photographs, Weddings ago may use them for display or other promotional purposes.
7) Weddings ago will make every effort to ensure that you get the very best photographs, however, photographs taken in dark environment may not have the best quality.
8) Your high resolution images should be delivered 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding date. If you would like Weddings ago to select and arrange the photographs for your wedding book, just drop us an email, or wait 60 days after receiving your photographs and we will automatically select the photographs for you. If you would like to select them yourself please return the wedding book form within 60 days of receipt.
9) All products may be substituted for like kind or better product.
